1.You must have email address.You can use any valid email address like yahoo,gmail etc.
2.Log on to http://www.wordpress.com
3.locate where there is create a blog and click
4.Choose a username,password and enter them in the space provided along with your email address.You can use your username as your blog name or you can use another name that nobody has registered
5.E-mail will be sent to you to confirm.
